Next generation step-up at South-West based energy technology firm AnTech, as new Co-CEOs announced

Exeter-based energy technology specialist AnTech has announced a leadership transition as the company enters an exciting new chapter. After 33 years at the helm, Toni Miszewski has moved into the role of Executive Chair, where he will continue to guide strategic projects and remain the driving force behind product innovation as the principal inventor and designer of AnTech’s market-leading technologies. Meanwhile, Clare Miszewska-Hall and Adam Miszewski have been appointed Co-Chief Executive Officers, taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations.

This change marks the next stage in the series of transformative developments that have strengthened AnTech’s position in the global energy market. Last year, a holding company restructure and buy-out of institutional investors saw the return of full ownership to the company, paving the way for renewed focus and agility. In addition, 2025 has seen AnTech secure several major international project wins, displacing its competition and reinforcing its reputation as a leading force in the sector.

Experienced leadership team to take AnTech through next exciting stage of development

Clare and Adam bring a combined 24 years of experience within AnTech, having joined after successful careers in the energy sector. Both hold First-Class degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Clare from Cardiff University and Adam from Imperial College London, and have played pivotal roles in driving innovation and operational excellence across the business.

The re-structured leadership team is committed to building on AnTech’s strong foundations, continuing its track record of delivering complex international projects while looking to expand its presence in key global markets. This strategy also benefits the UK economy through an extensive supply chain that the Co-CEOs aim to strengthen further.

Innovation at the core

Innovation remains central to AnTech’s success, and its technology leadership is unmatched within the energy sector. Its Coiled Tubing Drilling (CTD) technology is a world-leading solution that enhances oil and gas recovery from existing wells while addressing critical challenges in the transition to net-zero. AnTech’s technology is already helping overcome barriers in Carbon Capture and Storage and mining for critical minerals, positioning AnTech as a key enabler of sustainable energy solutions.

Beyond CTD, AnTech’s product portfolio includes market-leading wellhead outlets for the permanent monitoring market, designed to deliver superior performance and reliability in the most demanding environments. These solutions reinforce AnTech’s reputation for engineering excellence and innovation that sets it apart globally.

“Keeping innovation at the heart of our mission is essential,” said Clare Miszewska-Hall. “Adam and I are excited to lead AnTech into this next phase, continuing Toni’s efforts while exploring new opportunities that align with the evolving energy landscape.”

Adam Miszewski added: “AnTech is uniquely positioned to deliver first-class CTD solutions and expand into emerging markets. Our focus will be on maintaining the core strengths that have driven our success while adapting to regulatory and technological changes shaping the sector.”

Looking ahead

With a proven track record, a strong leadership team, and a commitment to innovation, AnTech is poised to play a pivotal role in the global energy transition, delivering solutions that meet today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities.
