Exeter-based energy technology specialist AnTech has celebrated its 2025 achievement and employee long-service awards. The event, which took place in Exeter, saw two employees receive their long-service awards as well as a review from each department head of the fantastic achievements over the past twelve months.
AnTech is well known for its employee-centric culture and staff retention rates and the progress made by the company over the past year reflects the fantastic work being undertaken.
One employee, an apprentice production technician, received a five-year long-service award and another, the global operations manager received his ten-year award. With so many of AnTech’s employees remaining the company for so many years, clients are guaranteed not only the same team throughout a project but also an unrivalled level of expertise.
Clare Miszewska-Hall, Head of Global Sales & Marketing of AnTech, said: “These awards reflect the company culture we have worked so hard to establish ever-since we started AnTech 33 years ago. It is always a moment of pride for all of us as we look back over another successful year with so many members of the team having been with us for much of our journey.
“It has been a pivotal few months for AnTech as the ownership has reverted to the original founders after over a decade of working with investors. However, we have also made much progress across the company. Our three production teams, Products, Service and Electronics, have grown and overcome some key challenges over the past few months. Ensuring customers have the products and services that make a real difference to their operations is the constant aim of our team, and with the sector having to think about new ways of harnessing and storing energy, we must ensure we are always finding new, innovative solutions.
“ Once the products and solutions are available our operations and engineering teams then have the responsibility to deploy them, often in the harshest of environments. Our finance team is constantly dealing with an evolving regulatory landscape as well as ensuring that many of the unsung tasks, that keep the business running are completed. To say it is a team effort is an understatement. Everyone makes a huge difference to our success.
“We are pushing the boundaries of what is achievable in the sector and helping to move towards a greener future. The entire team should be hugely proud of their resilience, determination and achievement and I cannot wait for the next year,” concluded Miszewska-Hall.
