Colleagues at AnTech recently came together for its annual company update and summer gathering. It was an opportunity to reflect on the past year, recognise the incredible efforts of its teams as well as looking ahead to an exciting future.
The event brought together employees from across the business, with each department sharing highlights of the past year and recognising the dedication, resilience and teamwork that has continued to drive AnTech forward over the past twelve months.
Co-CEO Clare Miszewska opened the event by welcoming both familiar and new faces to the team. While acknowledging the challenges the business has faced over the past year, Clare highlighted the positive momentum building across the company. With a strengthening sales pipeline and exciting opportunities for growth she highlighted the fact that AnTech is moving in the right direction. She also recognised the vital contribution of the support functions, thanking teams across operations, HR, sales support and marketing for helping the business navigate change while continuing to deliver for customers and colleagues alike.
Co-CEO Adam Miszewski reflected on the achievements of the Operations team, recognising their success in delivering complex international projects in some of the world's most demanding environments. He highlighted the team's role in advancing directional coiled tubing drilling technology while continuing to strengthen internal processes and develop new talent. Looking ahead, Adam shared his enthusiasm for another year of global operations as AnTech expands its presence across multiple continents.
Production Manager Jennifer Bentley praised the resilience and adaptability shown by the Production teams following a challenging period of change. Despite a reduced workforce, the teams have continued to meet customer demand through collaboration, cross-training and a willingness to embrace new skills. Jennifer recognised the commitment shown across Products, Service Production, Electronics and QHSE, thanking everyone for their hard work and confidence in tackling the opportunities ahead.
Finance Director Carly Sugden thanked the Finance team for another year of dependable support, highlighting the importance of their work in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing audits and maintaining compliance to supporting operational teams across the business, Carly recognised the professionalism, adaptability and consistency that the department brings every day.
Joining remotely from the United States, Engineering Manager Matt Forrester reflected on a year of significant technical achievement. With engineering teams supporting projects across several continents simultaneously, Matt highlighted the innovation, problem-solving and collaboration that continues to push AnTech's technology forward. From new product development to advancing existing technologies and supporting live operations, he praised the team's commitment to delivering engineering excellence despite a demanding workload.
The event also provided an opportunity to recognise an important milestone, with Marketing Executive Tabitha celebrating ten years with AnTech. Her long-standing contribution to the business, from marketing and communications to supporting company events and wider business initiatives, was warmly acknowledged by colleagues.
As the afternoon concluded, one message was clear throughout every presentation: AnTech's greatest strength continues to be its people. While the past year has brought its share of challenges, the commitment, expertise and teamwork demonstrated across every department leaves the business well placed for continued growth and success.
