A Collector Bulkhead is used to terminate the cable in an e-coil at the uphole, reel end of the coil.
Located at the end of a coiled tubing reel, a collector bulkhead provides the pressure bulkhead and electrical feedthru to ensure electrical continuity for up to 8 conductors. They allow transmission of power and electrical signals between the downhole pressured environment and surface data acquisition equipment.
We have designed our products to be simple and easy to assemble and hence the compact size and weight. Both variations meet high safety criteria and are NACE compliant (H2S resistant).
