AnTech And Isca Forwarding Get Together For Macmillan's World's Biggest Coffee Morning
AnTech Ltd got together with Isca Forwarding Ltd and raised £145 for people living with cancer by hosting an event as part of Macmillan Cancer Support’s World Biggest Coffee Morning. The event was held on Thursday 26th September at AnTech’s Headquarters in Exeter. Everyone who took part enjoyed the variety of donated cakes and washed them down with a lovely cuppa.
Macmillan is almost entirely funded by donations and simply cannot support the growing number of people with cancer who need them without the public’s help. Every two minutes someone in the UK is diagnosed with cancer. There are over 2.5 million people living with cancer in the UK and this is set to grow to almost 4 million by 2030.
Organiser Martin Russell says “We are so pleased to have raised such a good amount for Macmillan Cancer Support. Every pound really does count and will make such a difference. I want to thank everyone who came along and made it such a success.”
