AnTech is responsible for providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees in accordance with the Health and Safety Act 1974. AnTech does its utmost to prevent personal injury and damage to property, and protect everyone from foreseeable work hazards, paying particular attention to relevant statutory requirements, including: - Plant, equipment and systems of work that are safe.
- Safe arrangements for the use, handling, storage and transportation of articles and substances.
- Sufficient information, instruction, induction, training and supervision to enable all employees to avoid hazards and contribute positively to their own safety and health at work and that of other persons.

- A safe place of work, and safe access to it and egress from it.
- Ensuring that articles and substances purchased for use at work have been so designed and constructed as to be safe and without risks to health and that full information is made available by the suppliers where additional safety precautions are required.
- Adequate facilities for the welfare of all employees.
AnTech consults with its employees on Health and Safety matters, reminding them of their own duties under Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Act to take care for their own safety and that of other workers and to co-operate with AnTech so as to enable it to carry out its own responsibilities successfully.
