Board of Directors
AnTech is governed by a Board of Directors who have many years of experience in the oil and gas industry. The current board is constituted as follows:
Iain Paterson (Non-Exec Chairman)
| Iain has over 38 years experience in the industry. He held senior management positions at BP and was a main Board director of Enterprise Oil plc. During the last 10 years he has been the senior non-executive director of Paladin Resources plc and the Chairman of the oil well equipment designer and manufacturer, Sondex plc. He is currently Chairman of ITE Group plc, and a non-executive director of Hunting PLC (an oil service company) and MOL NyRt (the Hungarian energy company). He is also Chairman of Plebble Loyalty Limited, a private company that specialises in customer reputation management and engagement. |
Toni Miszewski (Managing Director)
| Toni’s background is in the oilfield services industry. Before setting up AnTech he worked for Schlumberger for 10 years in Europe, Africa and the US both in the field and in product development. He has been managing director of AnTech since its formation and is the driving force behind the successful commercialisation of the many products that the company has developed. |
Tony Everett (Non-Exec Director)
| Tony Everett is a consultant to FF&P and is Chairman of the pool of Corporate Directors. He was previously a director of Gordon House Asset Management where he established the team of 12 corporate directors to supervise the Imperial College spin-out portfolio after the purchase by Gordon House and FF&P in 2002. From 1999—2002 he was involved in establishing a portfolio of 36 companies, all in a CVA, which was successfully sold to a Japanese financial institution. Between 1991 and 1999, Tony ran an advisory business and was voted “Best Business Adviser 1999” by the CBI and Real Business magazine. Tony acquired, built up, and sold three businesses involved in the stone & ceramic sector between 1975 and 1989. He has been involved with AnTech in an advisory capacity since incorporation. |
